越南财政部财政干部学院发来感谢信

     6月15-19日，以“债务管理”为主题的中越财政干部能力建设培训班在我院成功举行。6月23日，越南财政部财政干部学院副院长Nguy?n Th? Thanh Hà 向我院李扣庆副院长发来感谢信，就我方所作的细致准备和所有支持表示感谢，并希望今年下半年在越南举行下一期培训班。原文内容如下：

Dear Mr.Li Kouqing,
