柬埔寨投资局来信致谢
6月8日-10日，由中国财政部、澳大利亚财政部、印度尼西亚财政部和中国香港工业贸易署联合主办，由亚太财经与发展中心与亚洲开发银行共同承办的“亚太地区中小企业融资”国际研讨会于在学院成功举行。来自中国、澳大利亚、柬埔寨、老挝、缅甸、越南、泰国、马来西亚、中国香港等经济体财政部、央行等相关政府部门及商业银行等金融机构，以及亚洲开发银行和太平洋经济合作理事会等国际机构的40余名代表在上海主会场出席了研讨会。另有来自越南、日本、菲律宾、斯里兰卡的代表通过世界银行全球发展学习网络（GDLN）远程视频会议系统参与了研讨。
6月25日，柬埔寨投资局（Cambodian Investment Board）副局长Chea Keat向亚太财经与发展中心彭润中博士致信，就能够参加这次研讨会向我方表示感谢，信中认为该研讨会富有成果，并期望以后还能有机会参加类似研讨会。原文内容如下：

On behalf of Cambodian participants for attending the seminar on SMEs Financing in the Asia- Pacific Region: Crisis and Countermeasures and we would like to say thank you very much for arrangement and welcome us.
We found out this seminar was very fruitfull for us to learn more about SMEs financing from baking and micro finance enterprises.
We are looking forward to attend this kind of seminar again for next course.
