“区域经济与金融监管”国际培训班圆满落幕
2012年9月21日，由亚洲开发银行（ADB）和亚太财经与发展中心（AFDC）共同主办的“区域经济与金融监管”（REFM）国际培训班在上海国家会计学院圆满落幕。REFM项目创立于1999年，是亚洲开发银行的旗帜培训，已有466名10+3国家的中层政府官员受益于该培训项目。此次REFM项目首次来到中国举办，历时三周的课程，从9月3日开班到21日结业典礼的举行，无不凝聚着ADB、AFDC项目人员的辛勤工作；从专家邀请、海外证书的邮寄到后勤保障细则的制定，一封封联络的邮件中寄托着各方对项目成功运行的期望；从各国学员不同餐饮的要求，历时三周的住宿到到教材的一一装订打印，SNAI的餐饮服务，客房前台和教学支持的同事们给予了项目极大的支持。
2012年9月26日，亚洲开发银行致函AFDC，对由李扣庆主任领导的AFDC团队在“区域经济与金融监管”国际培训班的筹备、组织和实施工作中的出色表现表示感谢。来函翻译如下：
