Workshop on SME Credit Guarantee System held at SNAI
The workshop on SME Credit Guarantee System in Asia-Pacific Region, which was cosponsored by the Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Center (AFDC) and the World Bank Institute (WBI), was held from 26 to 28, October 2005 at Shanghai National Accounting Institute.
On October 26, Mr. Li Kouqing, Deputy Secretary General of AFDC, chaired the opening session. Mr. Zhang Wencai, General Director of International Department, MOF China, and Mr. Fan Qimiao, Lead Economist of Finance and Private Sector Development of WBI, gave the opening speeches. 43 delegates from Austria, Russia, the Philippines, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Singapore, Vietnam and China attended the workshop.
