Notice: Shanghai International Program of Development Evaluation Training
The Shanghai International Program of Development Evaluation Training (SHIPDET) will be held from October 10th to October 21st 2009 at the Shanghai National Accounting Institute. (http://www.snai.edu/en/) The training is co-sponsored by China’s Ministry of Finance, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and the Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Center.
Core courses will be taught by Ray Rist and Linda Morra-Imas, senior evaluation officers from the World Bank. Also on the agenda is a workshop on the environment and sustainable development evaluation, delivered by a leading expert from the Global Environment Facility and a conference for speakers from the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and other international organizations to give presentations on evaluation methodologies.
