Asia Pacific Finance and Development Center 2010 Biennial Forum was held in Shanghai
The 2010 Biennial Forum of Asia Pacific Finance and Development Center was held on Nov 26 at Shanghai National Accounting Institute. The forum was sponsored by Asia Pacific Finance and Development Center, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.
More than 80 delegates from APEC economies and international organizations gathered at the forum to explore how to push low-carbon economic development by fiscal and financial policies.
ZHENG Xiaosong, Director General of International Department of China Ministry of Finance and ZHAO Xiaoyu, Vice President of Asian Development Bank delivered opening speeches at the forum.
Delegates talked about opportunities and challenges for low-carbon economic development by fiscal and financial policies, shared experiences of many economies and explored possibilities of cooperation in this regard for the future
