2013 SHIPDET core course held at October 21-27, 2013
The 2013 SHIPDET core course was held from October 21-27 at the Shanghai National Accounting Institute, attracting 45 participants from Southeast Asia, Central Asia and the Pacific islands.
Dr. Likouqing, Director General of AFDC, Mr.Ganesh Rauniyar, Principal Evaluation Specialist of Asian Development Bank as well as Dr.Linda Morra-Imas and Dr.Ray Rist, the former Evaluation Specialist of World Bank attended the opening ceremony and gave their welcome remarks respectively
The instructors covered the theory of change, the ten-step methodology, evaluation approaches during the course. Participants were also arranged to visit the Suzhou creek rehabilitation project site. The field trip is an important integral part of the training designed to help the participants more in-depths understand the project so as to make better evaluation design
